Refund & Return Policy
At Decor Glaze, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it.
- Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Sale or discounted items
- Used or damaged products due to customer mishandling
Exchanges
- If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
- We will arrange a replacement or exchange (subject to availability).
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
